The search for a menopause relief is one of the most commonly noted complaints perimenopausal women present to their doctors - in fact, it is more than any other request for natural menopause treatments. (...)

The search for a menopause relief is one of the most commonly noted complaints perimenopausal women present to their doctors - in fact, it is more than any other request for natural menopause treatments. It really does not matter if symptoms of menopause are due to an endometrial ablation, induced menopause due to vaginal hysterectomy, or skipped periods associated with premature ovarian failure, the facts tells that menstrual migraines, an overactive bladder, and even mood swings pale in severity and impact when compared to the unrest, frustration and discomfort rooted in the most vexing of all symptoms of hormonal imbalance: hot flashes.

Apparently those who have never been faced with menopause hot flashes that come as the result of a lack of natural progesterone estrogen will most likely not understand the severity of discomfort that these early menopause symptoms forces upon women:

* Menopause hot flashes not only cause feelings of hotness or coldness but also result in embarrassing sweating episodes that might leave you with dark circles under your arms and in your back.

* Hot Flashes fatigue quite frequently accompanies the body's inability to properly regulate its own body temperature.

* Menopause night sweats will rob you of your ability to have a good nighttime sleep.

* Light headedness as well as nausea and diarrhea may be suffered concurrently with hot flashes menopause.

In the past, women searched for help with menopause hot flashes from the most commonly applied menopause treatment such as hormone replacement therapy in conjunction with progesterone cream. Additionally, those with acute sense of fertility awareness also used oral contraceptives at the onset in the hopes of not only effective birth control but also alleviating menopause hot flashes. Yet since oral contraceptives carry a host of risks, a lot of modern women have chosen instead to search for herbal extracts that promise the same effects as supplementation with testosterone cream, natural testosterone elemental calcium, black cohosh, and hawthorn flower and other types of herbs and dietary supplements that promised menopause relief.

But over time it became known that the health claims made by many a compounding pharmacy selling like salves and tinctures were overrated, overstated, or glossed over the more harmful aspects of the herbs included. In addition, a lot of bone density test revealed a loss of bone mass due to the direct interaction between some of the herbs with one another. Yes, while alleviating pesky menopause symptoms is crucial, women began to realize that making up for estrogen dominance could possibly kill them.

Luckily, those who have come face to face with progesterone and estrogen deficiency also understand that some natural menopause treatments don't carry the heavy side effects that make other such approaches undesirable. HotFlashFreedom, for instance, is the kind of formula that surely relies on the harmony of various safe herbal substances to achieve the relief of a host of symptoms of menopause in addition to the dreaded menopause hot flashes.

If you have frequent bouts of frustration with constipation and are always looking for constipation cure, you have come to the right place. (...)

If you have frequent bouts of frustration with constipation and are always looking for constipation cure, you have come to the right place. There are two-fold approach to constipation relief that you must take note of. The first part is getting your digestive system cleared out and running smoothly and the second part is adding things to your system that will keep constipation at bay.

Cleaning Out Your Digestive Tract and Intestines
So, if you are already on the hunt for constipation treatment that means you already have some problems with backed up waste in your digestive tract and intestines. If this is the case, you need to get all that waste cleared out before you worry about how to make things go more smoothly in the near future. It may be time to take on a constipation treatment method that many people use - colon cleansing.

Colon Cleansing is where you literally clean out the colon system. To do this, there are two things you must be aware about. Some people go in to a medical office and have a colonic done, which uses a water solution to flush away any packed up waste out of the colon, however, this only accomplishes half of the job. If you have waste further up in your digestive system, you would not be able to get that out with a colonic irrigation. Instead you will need to take an oral colon cleanser that would flush out all of the waste from the top down. This is a great method to truly clean out your system and have it ready to be taken care of.

Keeping Your Digestive Tract Clean

The next thing you need to do is work towards having a body that doesn't need constipation cure. This means you need to switch to a fiber rich diet. Fiber naturally acts as a cleaner to your digestive system. When you have foods that are rich in fiber the fiber content of those foods that becomes waste would also kind of act like a natural cleaner, moving easily through your intestines and scooping up any other lost particles with it. You should try to have around 30 grams of fiber each day in your diet if you wish to have optimal digestive health. This simply means packing your diet with foods like whole grains, vegetables and fruits.

Sleep Tip 5: Optimizing your sleep schedule

Try to do some mildly stimulating activity before the schedule of your bedtime like getting your clothes ready for the next day to prevent yourself from falling asleep before your sleep schedule. This will help you sleep through the night.

Sleep Tip 6: Improving your diet

The quality of sleep can be influenced by how you take care of your body. You will be able to sleep more deeply if you exercise regularly and watch what you eat.

I'm 15 and I'm afraid of crowds right now and have panic attacks over school work and I'm getting the help I need but I'm wondering how long it will take to get over this difficult time. I haven't been diagnosed with hyperchondriasas but I am obsessed with looking up all my symptoms and I worry about worrying other people and it was triggered from sexual abuse at a young age. Any experiences shared from someone who has or had anxiety or an anxiety disorder would be helpful/comforting.

I had my first panic attack when I was 8 years old. I didn't get any help for it until I was 20. No one really knew what it was back then.

One piece of advice is stop, looking up your symptoms. You already know what they are. Worrying about worrying is not doing any good at all.

I take medication, I make sure to get out of the house everyday and try to do some exercise.

Make sure you get enough sleep every night this is important because, it's when you mind and body heals itself.

Stay away from junk food, I know it's hard but, it's best for your body.
I have lived a good life even though I have anxiety, I am a mom of 4 and I have Grand kids. You can do anything you want to do.

You will get control of this. Always tell your doctor/therapist everything you are feeling no matter how dumb it sounds, the more your doctor knows the better they can help you.

You are stronger and braver than your anxiety. Live in the moment and try your hardest not to think about anxiety, if it happens you know what it is and if it doesn't then you've had a good day.

According to this website, the minimun dosage is 0.25 to 0.5 mg three times a day.

http://www.psychtreatment.com/xanax_dosage.htm

I just started taking Xanax a few months ago; I'm not sure what the dose is, I'd have to look at the bottle.

Edit: okay, my dose is 0.5 mg twice a day. My doctor started me on this in February, I also take Paxil 20 mg once a day (I've taken that for about 15 years now).

Yes, people with anxiety disorders tend to worry a lot. That's part of the disorder.
